Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Digital Marketing & SEO Solution Department. Your fluency in Polish will be instrumental in ensuring effective communication with clients, helping them understand our offerings, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through our processes. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions
Assist clients in understanding service packages, pricing, and technical support related to their campaigns
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our service offerings
Educate clients on best practices for maximizing their digital marketing efforts
Stay informed about industry trends and updates in digital marketing and SEO
Requirements
Fluency in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation and a background in digital marketing or SEO is preferred
Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Passion for digital marketing and helping clients succeed online
Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
