Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing scalable sales processes. Initially, you will focus on direct sales and partnerships, working hands-on to close deals while laying the foundation for a future sales team. Youβll work closely with marketing and leadership to align sales efforts with company goals, ensuring sustained growth and market expansion.

What Weβre Looking For
β Proven experience as a Sales Director, VP of Sales, or Senior Sales Manager in SaaS, ideally within the Serviced Accommodation/Short-Term Rental niche.
β Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals in B2B SaaS.
β Hands-on approach with the ability to sell directly while building scalable sales systems.
β Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools, sales automation, and pipeline management.
β Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
β Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of SaaS sales strategies.
