UX/UI Designer in GERMANY

WHO WE ARE

We are a team of serial entrepreneurs and investors who have joint forces to build and scale roclub. roclub is a teleoperation platform for medical technology disrupting the way how MedTech is operated:

• Health Organizations will be able to ensure the operation of their medical technology anywhere, anytime and for any exam.
• Medical Technicians will be able to organize their jobs more flexibly, more independently and from anywhere in the world.
• Patients will never again miss an exam or receive it late due to lack of medical technical staff and expertise.

We build an international scalable SaaS platform with strong IoT focus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the solo UX/UI Designer, you will drive the user-centered development of our product by:

• Developing detailed user flows in close collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Ideating new features and translating them into wireframes, sketches, and low- or high-fidelity designs.
• You proactively contribute your ideas to optimize the UX/UI of our app and feel responsible for a consistent and highly qualitative user experience.
• Conducting usability tests to validate and improve designs.
• Supporting design tasks outside of product development, such as marketing materials or trade show banners as needed.

• Thriving in a fast-paced, agile startup environment. 

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Figma is essential.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
