Mindioo is an early-stage startup with a remote, international team developing an AI-powered platform with business tools and a global marketplace for services, resources, and digital products. Our mission is to support coaches, creators, and clients in the personal and spiritual development space. We are targeting a public launch of our product in May 2025 for the US market.

The Problem We’re Solving

Coaches and Creators often struggle with managing multiple tools, lacking the time or technical expertise to run their businesses efficiently. Clients face challenges finding quality resources and maintaining organized connections with their favorite creators or coaches. Mindioo solves this with a fully integrated platform, connecting professionals with new clients and providing tools needed to succeed, while giving clients easy access to a wide array of services and resources in one place.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CTO or a senior Lead Software Engineer to lead our technical strategy through both the launch and scaling phases. You’ll guide our development team, ensure high-quality product delivery, and help shape the future of Mindioo.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the development team.
• Shape technical strategy and oversee product development.
• Manage technical debt and ensure product scalability.
• Drive Alpha and Beta testing and iterations.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers.
• Align technology with business strategy.
• Monitor development speed and cost, removing blockers.
• Manage security and privacy standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or CTO.
• Experience developing SaaS products and marketplaces.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with our tech stack.
• Background in AI-powered platforms, social networks, or digital marketplaces.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant education.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus: Experience launching SaaS platforms in the US and interest in personal and spiritual development.

• Frontend: TypeScript, React.js, Next.js
• Backend: TypeScript/Node.js, Supabase
• Storage: PostgreSQL, Redis
• Infrastructure: AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Integrations: Stripe API

Job Details:

• Sweat equity Co-Founder role.
• Salary to be discussed once the company has sufficient revenue or funding
• Part-time (10-15 hours/week, flexible).
• Must be available a few hours during CET.
• Fully remote.
• Flexible start date.
