We are working exclusively with a Series A backed Ski company based in London, that has traits similar to Fitbit. They have a complex iOS & Android app and have built their own device which attaches to people's ski boots...giving users real-time data driven tuition to improve their skiing!

They have over 20,000 members in over 58 countries around the world and they have the first wearable of it's kind, that speaks to you as you ski, serving as a digital ski coach. This year they have tripled their sales.

Role requirements for Senior Back End Rust Engineer (or C/C++ expert) | Ski coaching Start-up, IoT / Hardware | Salary range £ 70-100K, Shares, Skiing benefits :D | London or Austria, Hybrid

• Looking for someone who is excellent on Backend programming. Ideally worked with Rust, but will consider an expert C++ or other backend language - if you are happy to learn Rust on the job. .
• Strong computer science and engineering mindset. You should have a good understanding of Algorithms and Data structures
• Ideally you can bring value to Deployments and Infrastructure side (they use GCP cloud)
• A passion and interest in Skiing is key. Also, you must be product minded and care for user experience.
• Years of experience doesn't matter!

• Salary range £70 - 100k base (with shares)
• Chalet in Austria perk, with skiing passes, equipment package
• London office in Vauxhall
• Can sponsor and provide relocation support
