We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute innovative HR strategies, ensuring alignment with Amplify’s growth objectives. The HR Manager will play a critical role in driving people-focused initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining high standards of employer branding. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape Amplify’s culture, attract top talent, and ensure operational excellence in all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy Development
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support Amplify’s mission and business objectives.
- Implement policies and frameworks to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
- Ensure HR practices and programs align with industry best practices and company goals.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficient hiring of top talent.
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class employer branding strategy to position Amplify as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to highlight Amplify’s innovative culture and career growth opportunities.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.
- Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Performance Management
- Oversee the development and execution of performance management systems, including regular feedback and goal-setting processes.
- Identify training and development opportunities to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities.
HR Policy & Budgeting Management
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies that ensure compliance with legal standards and support company culture.
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all HR documentation and communications.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Implement systems and processes to optimize HR efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
Employer Branding & Quality Standards
- Establish and maintain high-quality standards across all HR functions to reflect Amplify’s innovative reputation.
- Partner with leadership to promote Amplify as a thought leader in the SaaS and healthtech industries.
- Develop internal communications and programs that strengthen employee advocacy.
KPI: Goal Achievement Rate - Measures the effectiveness of the performance management system and the alignment of individual contributions with organizational objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful employer branding initiatives.
- Expertise in policy development, HR budgeting, and performance management structure.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems and methodologies.
- Familiarity with managing remote teams and distributed workforces.
Nice to Have
- Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
- Experience in SaaS or healthtech industries.
