The What? Our client is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. This role is perfect for an experienced DevOps professional looking to take ownership of the DevOps function, mentor and scale a talented team, and drive improvements in processes and infrastructure.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Lead the DevOps function, driving the team’s scaling efforts and supporting cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, contributing to their development and success.
• Take ownership of release management and process improvements, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of the cloud platform.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong Terraform expertise (AWS or multi-cloud).
• Proficiency with AWS
• Background in release management and branching standards.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and coaching a team.
