Global Trust IT is looking for an experienced Node.js Developer to join our team on a fully remote, full-time basis. This role focuses on backend development for a tourism and booking application, working alongside a Flutter developer responsible for the mobile frontend. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services to ensure seamless integration with the mobile app.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance backend services using Node.js and MongoDB
• Work closely with the Flutter developer to integrate APIs and backend services efficiently
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable REST APIs
• Ensure data consistency, performance, and reliability of backend systems
• Debug, test, and optimize backend components for stability and scalability
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth mobile application development
• Stay updated with the latest backend development trends and best practices

✅ Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Western Europe (No sponsorship available)

✅ Strong experience in Node.js & Express.js for backend development

✅ Proficiency in MongoDB and database design best practices

✅ Experience building and integrating REST APIs for mobile applications

✅ Knowledge of Firebase and cloud-based services is a plus

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team
