Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, developers, and startups to integrate their solutions into the ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance, SDKs, and documentation to simplify onboarding for new participants.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and external partners to ensure seamless technical implementation.

Tool and API Development:

• Build robust developer tools, APIs, and frameworks to support third-party dApp developers.
• Maintain and improve libraries or templates that enable faster development within the ecosystem.
• Ensure tools and APIs are well-documented and developer-friendly.

Ecosystem Integration:

• Design and implement solutions that allow seamless integration between ecosystem components, such as wallets, oracles, decentralized storage, and bridges.
• Address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the current ecosystem to streamline operations.

Prototyping and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs):

• Develop proof-of-concept applications showcasing the ecosystem’s capabilities to attract potential partners and users.
• Explore innovative use cases, such as DeFi, NFTs, or gaming, to expand the ecosystem’s scope.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in blockchain programming languages ( Solidity, JS, GoLang, ReactJs, NodeJS).
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment on major blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.).
• Experience with database technologies (Postgres, MySql)
• Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Experience working on DeFi, NFT platforms, or similar blockchain-based solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with developer communities, including running developer advocacy programs.
• Language Preferred: English & Korean. Mandarin is a plus
