- o?Provide 2nd level and above technical network infrastructure support escalated from the service desk, network technicians or direct from the custom
- erResolve incidents and service requests for network related ticke

- tsAdhere to Incident, Problem and Change Management processes as per the company/ customer standards (ITIL Framewor
- k)Working with the monitoring team to ensure best practice monitoring configurations are setup and are notifying the network team proactively on network issue
