Responsibilities

We are looking for a part-time IT Specialist to join our small but mighty team!

Someone friendly, helpful, organized with a strong ability to learn are top-priority. The role is fully remote (although someone able to visit customers and/or work together once in a while is an asset)

Tuesday & Thursday 9am-5pm with the possibility of a 3rd day.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in IT
• Advanced knowledge Mac/Windows OS
• Advanced knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of other SaaS apps (Slack, Atlassian, Twingate, 1password etc)
• On/Off boarding procedures and workflows
• Ticketing systems & support
