Your role at Exness:

Our Digital Department is growing and we are currently looking for a Programmatic Specialist with proven Programmatic Buying Experience and track record of successfully managing PPC/CPM campaigns.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus - We support the relocation of our candidates and do our best to help them to be successful in the company

Reports to: Performance Media Team Lead

You will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive programmatic campaign strategies across multiple DSPs including DV360, Amazon DSP, and other key ad networks to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Lead end-to-end CPM campaign management from initial planning and account setup through strategic implementation and performance analysis
  • Conduct daily campaign monitoring and tactical optimization to exceed KPIs for each target geography, making data-driven bidding and budget allocation decisions
  • Understand multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure campaign impact across the customer journey and optimize channel allocation based on performance data
  • Develop and maintain advanced audience targeting strategies, leveraging first and third-party data to improve campaign precision and effectiveness
  • Identify optimization opportunities through A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance metrics
  • Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
  • Proactively research and implement emerging programmatic marketing technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Production Team to develop high-performing creative assets aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences
  • Present campaign performance metrics and strategic insights to key stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Manage programmatic media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation and pacing to maximize campaign outcomes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and secure premium inventory access

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Programmatic Media Buying
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying, real-time bidding (RTB), and audience targeting strategies to drive efficient and effective digital campaigns.
  • Experience with DV360, and other relevant DSPs abd betwirjs
  • Good understanding of ad-tracking and campaign execution
  • High analytical skills and constantly seeking data to validate your hypothesis
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments;
  • Strong listening skills, and an articulate presenter;
  • Strong presentation skills
  • English language is a must; Any additional language will be considered as an advantage;
  • Media Buying experience with different platforms will be considered as an advantage
