We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate – Quality (Quality auditor) to join our team specializing in Quality for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México .

Job Description

The QUA Administrative Associate - Quality Auditor acts as a critical liaison between general management and other internal and external stakeholders. This position ensures a positive customer experience by efficiently managing administrative processes, monitoring quality indicators and supporting production lines, fostering an organized environment focused on continuous improvement.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Collection, analysis and presentation of daily quality indicators.
  • Supporting production lines in solving quality problems.
  • Assurance of quality records necessary for the release of production lines.
  • Follow up of studies such as CPK, MSA and CMM equipment management.
  • Supervision and support to technicians to achieve objectives.
  • Follow-up on audit findings and internal and external complaints.
  • Implementation of improvement actions and generation of related reports.
  • Use of problem solving tools and analysis methodologies (8D, 7 steps, A3).
  • Development and follow-up of action plans focused on operational improvement.

Qualifications

Education: High school, TSU.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Core Tools: FEA, SPC, MSA, control plans.
  • Experience in analysis tools such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys and geometric tolerance analysis (GD&T).
  • Use and programming of CMM measurement equipment, handling of CQMS and Oracle platforms.
  • Basic English.
  • Knowledge in analysis methodologies (7 steps, 8D, A3) and statistical analysis software (Minitab).
  • Availability for shift rotation.
