Our client is part of a leading Management Consultancy firm specialising in driving digital transformation within the fintech industry and has around 1000 employees across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and Taiwan. They have recently established an office in Cyprus dedicated to advancing technological solutions for crypto and CFD brokers.
You will work on a high-profile project for a top global FOREX broker, focusing on risk management and antifraud measures in trading.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution and delivery within timelines and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project progress, risks and issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Mitigate risks, ensure quality standards and foster a collaborative team environment.
Evaluate project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop effective solutions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana or Jira.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Willingness to work in an office in Cyprus
