Key Responsibilities
As a UX/UI Designer Intern for the GDO - Capacity and Operational Metrics (COM) team, you will
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for data collection tools and dashboards.
- Work closely with our GDO stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Participate in the evaluation of tools and dashboards already implemented within the GDO Capacity and Operational Metrics (COM) team.
- Document the usage, user feedback, benefits, and areas for improvement of these tools and systems.
- Identify which tools/systems add value, which complicate processes, are difficult to use, or are no longer in use, and determine what needs to be improved or eliminated.
- Design interactive and user-friendly user guides for our dashboards, tools, and systems.
Specific Actions to Execute
- During your internship, you will receive training that will provide you with essential knowledge about our operations, roles, and processes, which are crucial for the evaluation process.
- Experience being a team member and participate in all phases of the project.
- Apply different skills, including communication, data analysis, critical thinking, project planning, and execution.
- Learn about the pharmaceutical industry, clinical studies, and process improvement.
Daily Activities
- In the first month, you will undergo thorough training on our processes and operations, including sessions with trainers, videos, and reading materials.
- In the subsequent months, your day will be split between supporting our GDO Capacity and Operational Metrics (COM) team with operational activities (25%) and improving or developing tools and dashboards (75%).

- Evaluating computational tools (technical/functional requirements, user experience & user interface - UX/UI),
- Using and gaining proficiency in Office Suite PowerBI, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc.

- Practicing English in a global operation,
- Time management and task prioritization.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field of UX/UI design.
- Approval from your university to undertake an internship.
- Currently studying System Engineering, Computer Engineering, Design, or related fields.
- Knowledge of programming (Python preferred).
- Technical experience with Microsoft Office.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
