User acquisition helps our games to grow their user base by finding the most valuable target audiences and we are now looking to add a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to our studio in Copenhagen. You will be part of a tight team working on a new exciting project and will be a critical contributor to launching the game to the market.
In this role you will be responsible for planning and setting the go to market strategy together with the larger global marketing team and get a chance to establish how user acquisition should be operated on a new title.
Our team works onsite in the center of Copenhagen with weekly presence in the office. If not in Denmark, we can provide relocation assistance.
You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Owning and executing the Global Launch UA strategy for our new title together with the Product team, Marketing team and the UA Lead
- Planning, setting up and operating an exhaustive UA network-mix in all its aspects (budget, analytics, optimization, experimentation and reporting)
- Partnering with the Product and the wider Marketing crafts to plan and execute Brand & Growth initiatives that reach audiences beyond that of traditional UA networks
- Sharing analysis and insights of the acquisition funnel to the stakeholders, in order to guide the game’s development
- Contributing to the creative ideation and production processes, together with Product Marketing, the Marketing Creative team, and external vendors
- Working closely with the local and central Business Intelligence & Data Engineering teams to implement accurate predictions of performance together
- Driving a relentless culture of experimentation on all key existing UA channels (emerging networks, new technologies, new optimization types etc.)
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Previous working experience in mobile games or app user acquisition
- Past experience in setting up and getting a new product successfully launched on the market
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize vast acquisition budgets
- Wide understanding of UA strategies and channels outside of tracked marketing
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to balance this with understanding of creatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Finance, Creative and Analytics
- Growth mindset: never satisfied with status-quo, always strive to improve and learn, encourage teams and colleagues to do the same
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Deeper understanding of mobile marketing ad tech: game measurement tools, attribution providers, programmatic advertising, fraud, CPP/CSL
- Programming skills such as SQL to help you get the answers you need from your own queries, or Python and Javascript (& alike) to help you optimise and/or automate your work flows
