Yamu Media is a fast-growing inbound marketing agency helping brands scale profitably. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.
💡 What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies tailored to multiple clients.
- Set up and optimize automated email workflows using HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp.
- Write engaging, high-converting email content that aligns with each client’s brand voice.
- Manage list segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to maximize engagement.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize based on insights.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and ensure high inbox placement rates.
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends and best practices.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing (B2B, B2C, SaaS, eCommerce).
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp (experience with automation & reporting is a must).
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of persuasive email content.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with email deliverability, segmentation, and CRM integrations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus!
