This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about designing impactful 2D, 3D, and VFX content. You will have the chance to work alongside a team of innovative artists to develop visually stunning social media assets, staying at the cutting edge of trends and technologies.

This hybrid role is based in Greensville or Raleigh, NC, and offers relocation assistance to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and bring to life a diverse range of 2D, 3D, and VFX assets, showcasing your skills from conception to completion.
• Craft pre-visuals and thumbnails to conceptualize ideas and enhance designs, while staying ahead of current trends in the industry.
• Collaborate with concept artists and designers to create cohesive visual concepts.
• Create procedural workflows between After Effects and Blender to streamline production.
• Track shots, create set extensions, and perform rotoscoping as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D, 3D, and VFX projects for social media content.
• Proficiency in a broad spectrum of artistic styles, with a particular focus on realism.
• Expertise in Blender, including a deep understanding of its capabilities.
• Experience with a variety of DCC packages (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.).
• Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Google Drive and Discord.
• A genuine passion for YouTube and social media content creation.
