About the role
The role, positioned in our Perth offices, is primarily focused on the onboarding and comprehensive support of FreshTrack applications for our clients. This includes a range of critical responsibilities such as analysis, development, testing, training, documentation, and debugging, both at the office and at client sites across Australia as needed.
Key accountabilities of this position include offering in-depth onboarding assistance and robust support to end-users. This encompasses integration, development, problem-solving, reverse engineering, and training. Additionally, the role involves writing and maintaining reports and collaborating closely with various departments and consultants, both internally and externally. A significant emphasis is placed on maintaining the integrity of data within the FreshTrack applications.
An integral part of this role is to provide expert guidance to our clients on business processes related to the FreshTrack applications, ensuring these processes are in line with each client's unique business requirements and policies.
The position requires travel to client sites throughout Australia, with the frequency of travel varying based on seasonal start dates, new project initiation, and specific client needs.
