What is the role about?
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Customer Portal and Website teams. Beyond proactive system monitoring and support, you’ll design, test, and implement new solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support infrastructure systems.
Provide third-line incident support and troubleshooting.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of Customer Portal and Website services.
Engineer on Duty rotation (responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Leaseweb.
Align with established Release, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
Identify, propose, and implement improvements and solutions for recurring challenges.
Strong self-organization skills, effective managing priorities while collaborating with multiple teams to drive infrastructure initiatives
Support and maintain SAP Commerce environments
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration.
Minimum 4 years or relevant experience
Experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Familiarity with CDN and HAProxy.
Hands-on experience with “ELK” stack.
Hands-on expertise with Docker.
Proficiency in Chef Automation for configuration management.
Familiarity with Apache/Nginx web servers.
Monitoring experience with Icinga.
Scripting skills in BASH and Python.
Passionate about quality improvement and incident prevention.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of PHP or Golang is a plus.
