Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager with experience in social media management and content design to help grow our brand across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This role involves scheduling and uploading content, designing engaging visuals, answering audience questions, and maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and update Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts
- Upload and schedule content based on the agreed monthly calendar
- Monitor and respond to audience questions and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up with trending topics, hashtags, and social media updates to enhance engagement
Content Creation & Design
- Work alongside the team to develop and finalize monthly content plans
- Design engaging visuals, graphics, and short-form videos using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging
- Standardize templates and branding elements for consistency across platforms
Scheduling & Execution
- Use social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite) to pre-schedule posts
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure smooth execution and avoid last-minute uploads
- Track engagement metrics and provide basic performance reports
Brand Representation & Growth
- Support brand awareness initiatives through interactive and engaging content
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on social media and marketing trends to suggest new ideas for content
Requirements
- Marketing and Design Background - A degree or relevant experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital media
- Social Media Expertise - Strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram best practices
- Content Creation - Skilled in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Scheduling & Organization - Ability to plan and execute content calendars efficiently
- Communication Skills - Clear, professional, and engaging writing style
- Passion for Well-being - Genuine interest in health, wellness, and holistic practices
- Adaptability & Initiative - Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and bring new ideas to the table
Preferred But Not Essential
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Video editing skills for short-form TikTok and Instagram Reels content
- Familiarity with SEO and paid social advertising
