Data Reporting Analyst in ARGENTINA

Role: Data & Reporting Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Work Hours: US Time

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% (Candidates can work from anywhere in Canada or LATAM Countries)

Responsibilities for the Data Analyst role include designing, creating, and maintaining dashboards and reporting, helping run our weekly business reviews, and streamlining our internal operations and processes. We are looking for a data and operational specialist who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

Sales Forecasting and Business Reviews:

• Support the preparation of regular business reviews, including data aggregation, validation, and basic data analysis, as well as facilitating inputs for the GTM field
• Help run tools and procedures that enhance sales forecasting accuracy

GTM Dashboards and Reporting:

• Assist in the management of Salesforce reports and basic dashboards for GTM leadership and field leaders
• Aid in streamlining and optimizing reporting processes
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on analytical projects, with special attention being paid to QA

GTM Operations Support:

• Assist with the analysis on escalated issues related to Salesforce opportunities and reports/dashboards ○ Utilize CRM to identify, manage, and resolve issues effectively.
• Help provide operational support to the wider GTM Operations team and assist with repeatable processes
• Help lead data QA processes to support error free reporting

Must Haves:

• Advanced SQL skills including the ability to write, update, and adapt queries, troubleshoot, and effectively manage data sources.
• Competence in deriving insights from data using pivot tables or BI tools like Tableau.
• Experience in building and maintaining intuitive, commercial dashboards.
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheet reports, must be familiar with functions like sumifs, vlookups, and index match.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay focused and to ensure high levels of accuracy when following and developing procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong written communication skills to convert complex insights into clear and concise commentary.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the flexibility to work on a variety of projects and adapt as necessary.

• Additional Qualifications:Salesforce experience (CRM and reporting building)
• Understanding or prior experience with data pipelines.
• Experience with Tableau strongly preferred
