πŸ‘₯ Team Collaboration: Our team works closely with the relevant department to provide and enhance methods for credit risk management. Additionally, rating information and credit risk metrics are supplied to various internal and external departments.


πŸš€ Your Role as a Scrum Master: You will be responsible for process management within a Scrum team. Working in a scaled agile environment, particularly in the area of "Risk Methods Pool", you will contribute to maximizing value creation. Your expertise in agile methods will be crucial in implementing agile processes, planning, and moderating Scrum ceremonies. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, workflow efficiency, lead time, and software quality.


🎯 Coaching & Motivation: With your passion for agile methodologies, you will coach and motivate your team. Your analytical mindset will help you identify obstacles and risks, develop suitable solutions, and guide the team empathetically toward their goals.


🀝 Collaboration & Innovation: As part of the Scrum Master team, you will contribute to the methodological development and cross-team collaboration, engaging with the leadership of scaled structures.

πŸŽ“ Education & Expertise: A degree in (Business) Informatics, Banking, or a comparable qualification.


πŸ’‘ Professional Experience: You have experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT projects within a scaled environment and are well-versed in scaled frameworks. Knowledge in programming (Java), application development, and IT operations is a plus.


πŸ› οΈ IT Strategy & Banking Knowledge: Your strong IT strategy and process management skills, along with your understanding of banking, enable you to steer Scrum teams effectively. You keep goals in focus, combining conceptual strength with a collaborative and results-driven approach
