Job Title: WordPress Developer (Work From Home)

Reporting To: Performance Web Lead

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Schedule: PHT Night Shift 9 PM to 6 AM, M-F

What You’ll Do

• Transform Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs.
• Ensure sites are responsive, fast, and optimized for performance and SEO.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers.
• Troubleshoot bugs, debug issues, and handle ad hoc development tasks as they arise.
• Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience as a front-end WordPress developer with a portfolio to showcase.
• Proficiency with WordPress page builders like Elementor, Oxygen, and Gutenberg.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience working with WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with Photoshop / Figma (or similar design tools) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fit to working the night shift (9 PM–6 AM, PHT).
• Bonus points if you have experience with WordPress theme and plugin development (not required, but a great plus!).
