Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content for social media, email marketing campaigns, and YouTube thumbnails. This role requires someone committed to meeting deadlines, taking ownership of assigned accounts, and ensuring all design assets align with brand guidelines and objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Develop monthly content plans, including captions and Instagram Stories, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
• Design engaging visual assets for social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Create high-quality visual content that drives engagement across digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain templates and design assets for consistent branding across social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to deliver fresh, innovative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring content is delivered with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Canva is not acceptable).
• Experience in creating YouTube thumbnails and other digital content formats.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Highly organized, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
