Mid-Level Backend PHP Developer – Remote (UK) - £50-60k + Bonus and shares
We’re searching for a talented mid-level backend PHP developer to join our team and dive into building a one-of-a-kind platform that manages finances for super yachts and touring bands—pretty cool, huh? This isn’t your average gig; you’ll be working on a complex system that caters to some truly unique industries, using Laravel or Symfony as your main tools.
Expect to get your hands dirty with a variety of tasks: designing and implementing robust APIs, optimizing database queries to keep things running fast and smooth, and developing features that make life easier for our clients—like automated invoicing systems or real-time expense tracking. You’ll also troubleshoot tricky bugs and collaborate with the team to ensure the platform stays reliable and scalable as we grow. If you enjoy solving real-world problems with clean, efficient code, this could be right up your alley.
The best part? This role is fully remote, meaning you can work from literally anywhere in the UK. You’ve got the freedom to set up your workspace wherever suits you best. If you want to there is an office in Manchester where 50% of the business works from but you have the flexibility to make it work your way, as long as you’re based in the UK.
