Head of Product Design (Mobile) in CYPRUS

We are seeking a Head of Product Design to lead the design execution for Spotware products. This individual will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our products, ensuring that the designs are not only aesthetically compelling but also highly functional and user-centered. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully creating mobile consumer applications that resonate with users, drive engagement, and align with business goals.Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership:Define and drive the design vision and strategy for our products
• Building Consumer-Centric Applications:Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, iteration, and final design implementation, ensuring the product aligns with user needs and business objectives
• UX/UI Excellence:Own and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products. Ensure that visual design, interaction design, and information architecture align with best practices and enhance usability
• Consumer Behavior Understanding:Demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer behavior, needs, and motivations to guide design decisions that increase engagement and retention. Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions, optimizing user experiences to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, user satisfaction, and product adoption
• Innovation & Trends:Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards, ensuring that the company’s products remain innovative and competitive. Introduce new design techniques, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve product outcomes
• Team Management:Lead a high-performing design team, ensuring the creation of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric applications
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between design and business goals. Act as the bridge between design, development, and business teams, ensuring that user experience is a core part of the product development lifecycle
• Stakeholder Engagement:Effectively communicate design rationale and vision to key stakeholders, including executives and product teams.Align design goals with business objectives and ensure stakeholder buy-in for the design direction

• Proven Experience in creating mobile consumer applications:Demonstrated success in designing consumer-facing applications that deliver high engagement, positive user experiences, and measurable business outcomes
• User-Centered design expertise:Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and understanding user needs to guide design decisions
• UX/UI Design mastery:Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user interface development across digital platforms (mobile, web, Windows, Mac.)
• Leadership & Team Management:Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Design Tools Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision)
• Strong Portfolio:A compelling portfolio showcasing successful consumer applications that demonstrate your ability to create delightful, functional user experiences
• Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and articulate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver optimal product solutions
