As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive our strategic vision, execution, and long-term growth.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and execute Fresh Up’s long-term strategic direction, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Lead business model development and validation, integrating AI-driven solutions for innovation and scalability.
• Oversee market testing initiatives with 4,000+ customers, ensuring data-driven product-market fit.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Establish and refine the corporate governance structure (C-level-only board) for agile decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive and fashion industry partners, investors, and co-investors.
• Lead investor due diligence processes and secure funding for continued expansion.

Growth & Market Expansion

• Drive scalability and rapid integration of Fresh Up’s business solutions.
• Identify and validate target groups for market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Explore and develop partnership opportunities that enhance Fresh Up’s market positioning.

Technology & Innovation

• Oversee the development of a multi-modal AI system, ensuring alignment with Fresh Up’s ecosystem.
• Lead the conceptualization of data architecture and AI-driven capabilities to power decision-making.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives that redefine industry norms.
  

• Proven experience within a tech-driven startup, fashion, or AI industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of scaling businesses and securing strategic partnerships.
• Expertise in AI-driven business models, digital transformation, and multi-industry collaboration.
• Experience in corporate governance, investor relations, and venture scaling.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments (automotive, fashion, AI, venture capital).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong motivation and a passion for innovation, growth, and cross-industry collaboration.
• MBA or equivalent executive education is a plus.
