Role Description

We're looking for a highly creative, fast-working video editor/motion designer to join our team full-time, remotely. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a high-speed, dynamic environment and can deliver quality work with minimal oversight. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including:

• Motion editing
• Video Editing (talking head/Youtube style)
• Social media content
• Animated explainer videos
• YouTube talking head videos
• Sales explainers

Qualifications/Experience

• 2-3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency
• Mastery of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
• Impressive portfolio showcasing diverse editing skills and creative projects
• Excellent communication skills for efficient client and team collaboration
• Superior organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Self-starter attitude with high creativity and innovation
• Crucial: Proven ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines (often 48-72hr)
• Essential: Strong decision-making skills to work with minimal supervision
• Highly Desired: Proficiency in AI tools to dramatically speed up workflow
