Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Campaign Manager to lead and execute demand-generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

This role requires an analytical mindset and experience in digital marketing for SAAS products. The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop multi-channel campaigns that maximize conversions and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Role Responsibilities:



  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and website platforms.
    • Develop and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies using Pardot and Salesforce.
    • Oversee campaign performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization for conversion and engagement.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM (Pardot & Salesforce):
    • Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Pardot.
    • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and automated nurture workflows to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
    • Ensure CRM data integrity and alignment between Salesforce and Pardot for accurate reporting and campaign execution.
  • Paid Media & Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid digital channels.
    • Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and other KPIs to maximize ROI.
    • Manage organic and paid social media strategies, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Website & CMS Management (Webflow):
    • Maintain and update landing pages and marketing content in Webflow CMS.
    • Collaborate with design and development teams to improve website performance and user experience.
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Pardot reports, and Salesforce dashboards.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize the marketing funnel.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
    • Hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Webflow CMS, and paid media platforms.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
    • Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
    • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and website optimization best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
