Digital Designer in SOUTH AFRICA

The Role: We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our design and strategy teams to create beautiful, functional design work across a variety of digital touch points. From developing brand assets to designing engaging websites and producing polished marketing materials, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our clients’ brands show up in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual assets for brands, including logos, typography, and color systems
• Design websites with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and brand alignment
• Produce marketing materials such as eBooks, sales collateral, slide decks, and social media content
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet those needs
• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual outputs
• Balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital design (Brand, Web, Marketing)
• Previous agency experience is a must
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including brand assets, websites, and marketing materials
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of web design principles and best practices
• Experience designing slide decks and long-form content like eBooks
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Comfortable working remotely with some overlap with European time zones

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design or basic video editing
• Print design knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with marketing and sales enablement design
