Your Role as a Mentor

This is a remote part-time role for a DevOps Engineering Mentor. The Mentor will be responsible for guiding mentees through various aspects of DevOps and cloud engineering. In this role, you will:

• Conduct 1-on-1 mentorship sessions (1-2 per week per mentee)
• Provide technical guidance, career advice, and project-based learning
• Help mentees prepare for job interviews and certifications
• Share real-world industry insights and best practices
• Foster a growth mindset and hands-on problem-solving skills

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience in a reputable organisation(s)
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and cloud security
• Passion for mentorship; previous mentoring or teaching experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to break down complex concepts
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
