karpatkey is actively seeking a full-time DAO Finance & Ops Business Developer to join our Treasury Nodes team. This role involves assisting DAOs in growing their products and revenue streams by proactively leading growth initiatives.
As a DAO Finance & Ops Business Developer, your contribution will be pivotal in refining our strategic direction and bolstering our operational capabilities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to expand and improve our service offerings and develop innovative solutions tailored to our partner DAOs. Your tasks will range from drafting strategic proposals and delivering growth DeFi strategies to fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and conducting comprehensive market analysis.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify business opportunities with other DAOs and protocols and generate leads, prioritising those collaborating with karpatkey. Develop compelling value propositions and spearhead integration initiatives, managing them as strategic projects.
Develop and optimise incentive allocations that improve the market health and supply of DAO assets in accordance with the DAO strategy.
Monitor, analyse and suggest improvement plans for growth initiatives.
Manage client-DAO relationships, ensuring effective communication within forums to strengthen the financial value proposition. Engage with key stakeholders, including governance delegates, to foster collaboration and alignment.
Plan and deliver communication strategies to promote growth initiatives by actively engaging with the community through various platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Slack.
Collaborate internally and externally to refine karpatkey’s strategy for partner DAOs, expand financial services, and develop new capabilities.
Assess and manage the risk associated with integrations and composable DeFi strategies to ensure the security and effectiveness of operations.
Prepare tailored reports on industry analysis, partner DAO product adoption, and karpatkey's performance.
Conduct research on the DeFi ecosystem, analyse market data and participate in research initiatives to guide DAOs in financial strategies.

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Finance or related field;
Experience in financial services, crypto, and/or blockchain technology;
Deep understanding and curiosity about the DeFi ecosystem, particularly regarding money markets and stablecoins, including major trends, blockchains, protocol designs, and key players;
Active participant on Crypto-Twitter, Telegram/Discord protocol chat rooms, and DAO governance forums & Snapshot;
Ability to pull and analyse on-chain data from smart contracts (via Infura nodes, Etherscan, etc.) or analytical platforms such as The Graph, Dune Analytics, Nansen, etc.;
An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to proactively take initiative and ownership of projects, identify problems, and formulate solutions independently;
Strong decision-making abilities, adept at navigating trade-offs, and excellent communication skills to present alternatives with corresponding pros and cons
Strong communication skills to introduce ideas, establish new connections, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams;
Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
