As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape Fièra’s brand story through authentic, high-impact influencer partnerships.


About the Role

As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Fièra Cosmetics, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our influencer initiatives, ensuring Fièra’s core message resonates with women over 40. You will identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators across multiple platforms. Collaborating with marketing, creative, and product teams, you’ll design innovative campaigns that spotlight Fièra’s products, build trust, and amplify brand reach in the beauty and wellness market.


Responsibilities

  • Influencer Strategy & Recruitment
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and ambassadors whose values align with Fièra’s mission.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Oversee the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, from briefing and content creation to approval and post-campaign reporting.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and commissions, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Utilize influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Meta) to track campaign performance, evaluating engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership, continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and reflects Fièra’s core values.
  • Integrate influencer activations into broader marketing campaigns for cohesive storytelling across channels.
  • Industry Networking & Thought Leadership
  • Represent Fièra at industry events and conferences, staying current with beauty/skincare trends and influencer marketing best practices.
  • Keep abreast of emerging platforms and tools, experimenting with new channels to keep Fièra ahead of the curve.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including leading high-impact campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, GRIN, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
