Strategy
Product Strategy
Your designs create business impact, delight users and push the boundaries of technology. You work closely with product managers to break down a design strategy into a realistic product roadmap. Your design files, edge cases and design systems are easy to understand and well thought through.
Systems Thinking
Apply systems thinking by considering the entire ecosystem in which your design operates. Understand how each part of the design interacts with and influences others, ensuring cohesive and scalable solutions. Focus on long-term impacts, adaptability, and optimising user flows across all touch points.
Design planning
Plan and manage the design delivery process to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear milestones, prioritise tasks, and allocate resources effectively. Anticipate potential roadblocks, adjust timelines as needed, and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.
Craft
User interface design
Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces - across multiple devices - that align with user needs and design system standards, including accessibility. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability. Create detailed prototypes and deliver production-ready assets, meeting project timelines.
Rapid prototyping
Utilise rapid prototyping to quickly bring design ideas to life, enabling early testing and iteration. Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts, gather user feedback, and make informed design decisions. Ensure prototypes are clear, functional, and adaptable for fast-paced development cycles.
Design systems
Develop, maintain, and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency. Document components and guidelines clearly, promote best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and scale the system across projects seamlessly.
Brand & Visual Design
Ensure cohesive brand representation through all design outputs. Create visually appealing assets that align with brand guidelines. Maintain consistency in typography, colour palettes, and visual elements, enhancing user engagement and brand identity.
Technology
Have a strong grasp of design technologies, including proficiency in tools like Figma and it’s native variable feature. Understanding HTML, CSS, and a nice-to-have is an understanding of low-code platforms like Webflow. Collaborate with development teams to bridge design and tech, ensuring feasible, high-quality outputs.
