Our client, the EU Agency eu-LISA, is currently recruiting for a full-time Cyber Security Specialist in Strasbourg, France or Tallinn, Estonia, working onsite.

About the Job
The Cyber Security Sector protects eu-LISA’s digital assets, including EU’s Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) information systems, infrastructure, and data. As a Cyber Security Specialist your main role is to ensure systems and services remain secure, confidential, and available to stakeholders in the EU’s JHA community.
What are Your tasks:
- Deploy, operate and maintain a Security Incident and Event Management solution (SIEM) in an all-cloud solution or on premises environment (e.g Splunk, Sentinel).
- Design, build and optimise systems and processes for automated detection of malicious or unauthorised activities.
- Implement and operate cybersecurity solutions (i.e. Privileged Access Management systems, Public Key Infrastructure solutions, Certificate Lifecycle Management solutions, cybersecurity deception solutions and Web Application Firewalls).
- Collect, analyse and evaluate security incident reports; perform and/or coordinate detailed technical analysis of incidents and associated artefacts.
- Implement and manage cloud-based security controls, such as identity management, security monitoring, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection.
What is required of your profile:
- At least 4 years of professional experience to perform the duties in the areas described under “Your tasks”.
- University degree of at least three years from an EU country.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (at least C1 level).
- Ability to develop, implement, maintain, patch, upgrade and test cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to lead and coordinate incident response actions during cybersecurity incidents.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and the threats landscape.
- Ability to define, communicate, and gain buy-in for requirements and policies across diverse audiences.
- Ability to build positive business relationships while understanding diverse stakeholder perspectives and applying critical thinking to develop effective solutions.

- basic salary, including a 14% cost-of-living adjustment for France and a 16% expatriate allowance for non-French nationals living outside of France:
- €7,998 (more than 2 years of experience)
- basic salary, including a 16% expatriate allowance for non-Estonian nationals living outside of Estonia:
- €6,706 (more than 2 years of experience)
