The Role


We are a fast-growing People & Change Advisory practice, comprising of passionate and talented team-members coming together from 10 different countries, assist and advise Clients with multidisciplinary management consulting expertise. We are seeking to recruit a collaborative and experienced Manager with specialisation in Learning to be responsible to contribute to Learning & Change Management Advisory engagements.


Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Understands the client’s problem statement, the scope of change in transformation or transition initiatives, and develops tailored, human-centric change strategies that prioritise the user experience (UX) while aligning with the client’s context;
  • Conducts change impact assessment (CIA) and helps clients in the design and delivery of change and learning strategy, plan with sequence of relevant interventions required for smooth transition and change adoption;
  • Creates, implements, manages and oversees the development of innovative learning programs that facilitate change adoption and skill development. Learning solutions include training need analysis (TNA), training curriculum, and design & development of content;
  • Manages effective stakeholder management/interviews, project team on a client engagement on topics related to Learning & Change Management, including project/engagement planning and administration, creation/review of outputs, and client interactions;
  • Ensures high quality delivery excellence and strong sustainable client working relationship building;
  • Contributes to new business development activities, and RFX responses/proposals;
  • Builds compelling learning change deliverable or business development outputs with strong articulation, consulting mindset, aesthetics with minimal guidance;
  • Provides regular project status updates against key performance indicators;
  • Attends client meetings and lead the delivery of updates & tracking;
  • Develops expertise and knowledge of a variety of clients and markets, and awareness of the firm’s services offerings and liaises with different teams;
  • Works on Continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain professional status/accreditation and keeps up to date in technical developments.


What we look for in you?


  • A minimum 6-9 years of proven experience in Learning & Change Management within an advisory role is a prerequisite;
  • PROCSI or similar certification will be considered an asset;
  • Learning instructional design tools, such as Articulate Rise, Illustrator, Mural, Canva, Camtasia, Clipchamp, Premiere, Audition, and SharePoint Design;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams, lead complex projects, and drive organisational change;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment and manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Strong critical/design thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Learning mindset, strong communication skills and command of English;
  • Thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment;
  • Advanced presentation and report writing skills.
