ℹ️ Job Description: As an IT Support, you will be part of the IT department and play a key role in ensuring IT support and administering IT management systems. You will work closely with the IT/Cloud Operations Manager.
Your role will be key to ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing our staff to perform their duties without technical interruptions.
⚡ Your missions :
- You’ll assist people with Jus Mundi hardware and software issues,
- You’ll manage IT assets (purchasing, inventories, warranties, licenses…),
- You’ll manage users and their access (onboarding & offboarding),
- You’ll ensure proper documentation and use of the issue tracking system,
- You’ll create and maintain internal documentation,
- You’ll administrate IT management software,
- You’ll define and push the workstation’s security policies through an MDM,
- You’ll ensure the security of the Microsoft 365 tenant.

💼 Preferred experience
- A degree in system administration, computer engineering, IT support, or a related field.

- Problem-solving aptitude.
