What You’ll Do
- Develop Across the Stack: Handle both backend and frontend development for new and existing projects, ensuring a seamless experience across all layers of the application.
- Create Powerful Web Panels: Build and enhance critical web panels, including admin dashboards, automation tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Set the Technical Standard: Demonstrate technical excellence by defining best practices and crafting products that set a high bar for quality and user experience.
- Own Your Projects: Take full ownership of your work, driving projects from conception to delivery while working autonomously and fostering innovation within the team.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research, analyze, and integrate emerging technologies, market trends, and new techniques to enhance our backend and frontend solutions.
- Document Your Work: Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the team.
What We Look For
- Proven Expertise: You’ve led or significantly contributed to projects, delivering high-quality products with your team from start to finish.
- Backend and Database Skills: You’re highly proficient in NodeJS and SQL, with hands-on experience using MySQL or PostgreSQL to create robust backend solutions.
- Cloud Expertise: You’re well-versed in Google Cloud Services, including Firebase, API Management, Compute, Containers, and Analytics, with a strong ability to leverage the cloud to optimize systems.
- Frontend Mastery: You possess deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs, and you’ve used frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue to create seamless user experiences.
- Testing Proficiency: You have solid experience with unit testing and are familiar with test automation tools to ensure code reliability and quality.
- Additional Technical Skills: You bring additional experience in Java Spring, Python Django, .NET, PHP, AWS, WebSocket, Responsive Design, and CI/CD, adding extra value to the team.
- Problem-Solving Focused: You have an analytical mindset and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and solving complex technical challenges.

- Entry-Level Candidates: Starting salary of 73,500 TL or more
- Experienced Candidates: Starting salary of 128,500 TL, with potential for even higher pay based on expertise.
