Role Overview:

As a UX Designer at fyaora LABS, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience for our platform across three essential interfaces:

• Customer-facing application
• Service provider-facing interface
• Admin console

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to research, conceptualize, prototype, and refine user experiences that align with our business goals. Your role is crucial in creating intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging designs that improve user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and needs to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop user personas and customer journey maps to ensure an optimized experience across all interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Maintain a consistent design system and UI guidelines to ensure brand cohesion across platforms.
• Optimize workflows and interactions for efficiency, usability, and accessibility (following WCAG standards).
• Analyze user engagement metrics and suggest improvements to enhance user retention and satisfaction.

Proficiency Requirements:

• Strong experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Expertise in UX research methodologies, including usability testing, A/B testing, and heatmaps.
• Knowledge of interaction design principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing UI components.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions.
• Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
