What You’ll do

• Work on the full lifecycle of machine learning development including training data collection, feature engineering, model training, offline and online experimentation, and deployment.
• Innovative AI Agents: Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI agents for internal projects and in line with our client’s needs.
• Research and Innovation: Keep Swappsi at the cutting edge of AI by exploring advancements in NLP, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and other key areas; lead the translation of research into practical, scalable solutions.
• Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Provide strategic mentorship, fostering a culture of AI excellence and promoting best practices in model evaluation, optimization, and MLOps.
• Deploying our technology to Azure or other cloud providers.
• Assist in the hiring process to find the right talents to grow our team.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ year experience developing delivering AI products, including taking a product through design, implementation, and to production.
• Experience working in the Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) field. and developing AI Agents.
• Proficiency in languages such as Python or C# and technologies such as FastAPI, Docker and Ubuntu 22.04.
• Practical experience with generative models, large language models (LLM), retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems, transformer neural networks.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly Azure using:
• Azure AI (AI Search, Cognitive Services...)
• Azure ML Studio (full ML lifecycle)
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes)
• 1+ years of experience in data science and data reporting.
• Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to distill complex AI concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• BSc- MSc- or PhD degree with a focus on machine learning/deep learning.
  

Work Environment

• Flexible 7.5-hour workday between 8 am and 6 pm Irish time.
• Fully remote work
