We’re looking for a hands-on, independent developer who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving problems, and can quickly understand, improve, and extend our existing codebase.
What You’ll Do
• Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-driven features for our LinkedIn post-generation bot.
• Work on serverless AWS architecture (Lambda) and integrate AI-powered components.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to shape the technical roadmap.
• Work with MongoDB, Lambda, Git, and other AWS cloud-based tools.
• Optimize AI-based content generation workflows.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience with Python and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, serverless architecture).
• Familiarity with MongoDB and Git is required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Python & AWS development
• Someone who is a fast learner, adaptable, and proactive.
• Experience with AI/ML models or NLP is a plus but not mandatory.
