About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Continuity Manager to strengthen and maintain the resilience of On-Prem DataCenters, Public Cloud, and SaaS environments. You will be responsible for business continuity, disaster recovery, and data protection, ensuring the IT infrastructure remains secure and operational against cyber threats, outages, and natural disasters. 

What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and optimize backup and data recovery systems to maintain seamless operations.
• Design and maintain a complete technical infrastructure blueprint supporting business service continuity.
• Create and oversee disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid and effective service restoration.
• Monitor and evaluate third-party service providers to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices for backup and restoration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by collaborating with security and risk management teams.
• Conduct regular disaster recovery tests to validate preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze and resolve infrastructure outages, implementing preventive measures to enhance stability.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high service availability and system performance.

About you: 

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure continuity management.
• Strong expertise in backup and recovery systems (Commvault, Rubrik, Veeam, OwnBackup).
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive Service Continuity Plans.
• Experience conducting tabletop exercises and technical recovery tests.
• Hands-on knowledge of immutable and air-gapped backup environments.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow technologies.
• Deep understanding of Windows Server, RedHat Linux, Oracle, and MS SQL databases (knowledge of AS/400, AIX, Skytap, and Exadata is a plus).
• A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and familiarity with ISO 22301 is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 20–50% as needed.
