Riipen is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Team. In this role, you'll be working with our Campaign Managers, Employer, Academic, and Project Partnerships teams to help manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns that bring more schools, employers, and strategic partners to Riipen. Your work will help grow Riipen's ecosystem so more students and learners can use our platform to get the industry experience they need to find jobs they love.
This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of digital marketing experience looking to grow in the field with an innovative and nimble team.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates in Canada.
This position is a full time (40 hours) 12-month contract opportunity to start, based on program funding.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email, social media) to generate leads and increase engagement for Riipen's audiences.
Assist in optimizing landing pages, manage email lists, and implement retargeting strategies to improve matches.
Conduct research to understand audience behavior and effectively target the right people.
Help the Content team optimize for SEO and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
Oversee paid ad campaigns to drive lead generation and meet Riipen's goals.
Monitor web traffic, engagement, and conversions, providing regular reports.
Work closely with Riipen's Content and Creative teams to create effective marketing materials.
Assist in building partnerships that align with Riipen's goals and improve campaign results.
Keep up with digital marketing trends and suggest improvements to support Riipen's marketing efforts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You may be a good fit if:
2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
You have the ability to build and execute successful digital marketing campaigns across email and social media platforms
You have first-hand experience with self-serve solutions provided by advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
You are an excellent written communicator who can craft and edit compelling content and copy
You are highly detail-oriented and efficient
You can work independently or in groups and know when to ask for feedback or help
You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, manage expectations and work cross-functionally with technical and creative teams alike
Bonus Points:
Experience using Hubspot, Intercom, G-Suite, and Slack
