Position Title: Senior Backend Mobile Developer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Mobile Developer to lead the development of our backend systems, optimize cloud-based services, and integrate AI-powered tools. This role requires strong AWS expertise and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global team and drive innovation in our platform. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the contract period.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Lead backend development for our mobile app, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
Maintain backend infrastructure AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, PostgreSQL).
Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance content moderation, recommendations, and user engagement.
Manage cloud-based services, optimizing storage, databases, and serverless computing.
Ensure system reliability and scalability, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and AI engineers to align technical strategies.
Write clean, well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Must-Have:
✔️ Proven experience as a backend developer (5+ years preferred) in mobile app development.
✔️ AWS expertise is mandatory, including AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS (PostgreSQL), and serverless architecture.
✔️ Strong backend development skills using Node.js or Python (FastAPI preferred).
✔️ Experience with database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLAlchemy, data migration).
✔️ Proficiency in API development using RESTful or GraphQL standards.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in cloud environments.
✔️ Ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks efficiently.
✅ Nice-to-Have:
➕ Knowledge of Flutter backend integrations.
➕ Experience with AI/ML models and their integration into applications.
➕ Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud automation tools.
➕ Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
