We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Checkout team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience, with a particular focus on improving the checkout journey. Your primary goal will be to optimize and simplify the user experience for purchases, with a key emphasis on engagement and conversion rates.

What you'll get to do:

  • Enhance user engagement and conversion rates: focus on increasing the lovability of the checkout experience and improving overall conversion rates.
  • Develop new features: work on the integration of new features like cashback and subscriptions, helping to drive customer retention and new revenue streams.
  • Launch subscription models for merchants: build and refine subscription offerings for merchants, similar to Netflix-style access, to provide more value and flexibility to users.
  • Focus on incremental improvements: drive small, incremental improvements in the eCommerce experience that collectively result in better user satisfaction, higher conversions, and increased loyalty.
  • User-centered design: prioritize the needs of local users and address varying regional challenges to ensure the checkout process works seamlessly across multiple countries and markets.
  • Collaborate with the business development team: work closely with the business development team to understand merchant needs and create design solutions that enhance business growth and user experience.
  • Address cross-platform consistency: ensure a seamless experience across multiple platforms, including mobile and desktop, while maintaining consistency in design and performance.
  • Optimize existing processes: constantly identify opportunities to optimize the current user flow, reduce friction, and improve the overall user journey.


Our requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on eCommerce and UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience in designing user-centric products.
  • Experience in designing new product features like cashback, subscriptions, and merchant-specific offerings.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business development teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs and implement design solutions.

Relocation

We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.

Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.

We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.

We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).

For our employees we cover the following:

  • Flight to one of the mentioned countries.
  • Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.
  • Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.
  • Family relocation (dependants).


New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
