Job Title: General Admin (HR-General)

Location: Capital Tower, Bangkok, Thailand

Reporting to: General Manager


Job Overview

We are looking for a General Admin (HR-General) to join our team in Bangkok. This role focuses on administrative support, office management, and expatriate services to ensure smooth operations in the workplace. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and service-minded individual with experience in office administration and HR support.


Key Responsibilities

1. Office Administration & Management

Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.

Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and fully functional.

Coordinate with building management for office-related services and compliance.

Manage office assets, including procurement and inventory tracking.

2. HR General Support

Assist in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

Support recruitment logistics, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Coordinate work permits and visa processes for expatriate employees.

Help with company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare programs.

3. Expatriate Support

Assist expatriates with housing arrangements, relocation support, and living necessities.

Act as a point of contact for expatriates regarding local services, banking, and utilities.

Coordinate with external agencies for visa renewals and work permits.

4. General Administration

Handle company correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements for management.

Support budget tracking for office expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for administrative needs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2-3 years in administrative or HR-related roles.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good knowledge of office management and HR administration.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Basic understanding of work permit and visa processes is a plus.

- Language: Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an international environment or supporting expatriates.

- Familiarity with local labor laws and office compliance.
