Mission:
As SEO Content & AI Marketing Specialist at Sleek, your mission is to leverage AI, SEO expertise, and digital innovation to drive organic growth while ensuring AI-generated content aligns with SEO best practices and business goals.
You'll unlock organic visibility, optimize performance, and harness technology using data-driven insights and automation to propel Sleek's brand forward. Working with a high-performing global team, you'll explore emerging tools and trends, shaping the future of AI-driven content and organic search innovation at Sleek.
Outcomes:
- Increase organic traffic and rankings by optimising AI-generated content and implement SEO strategies to drive measurable traffic growth across Sleek's five websites
- Achieve top SERP positions for key industry-related keywords
- Leverage AI and automation for scalable content growth and successfully integrate AI-powered content tools and automation to streamline content production and SEO workflows
- Optimize and scale SEO content strategy by identifying and executing high-impact SEO opportunities, ensuring content aligns with search intent, market trends, and business goals
- Deliver data-driven results and performance improvements by tracking, analysing, and reporting on organic performance, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics
- Enhance content operations and workflow efficiency and improve the content publishing and management process in WordPress. Develop SOPs and best practices for AI, SEO, and automation tools to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth
- Proven ability to drive organic traffic growth using SEO best practices and AI-driven content tools
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using SEO tools (e.g., Surfer SEO, Google Search Console, Ahrefs)
- Proficiency in WordPress, AI content tools, and content automation workflows
- Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated content for SEO performance, readability, and user engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-managed environment across multiple websites
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams (SEO, content, and marketing)
- Experience with AI-powered video creation tools would be desirable
- Background in Accounting, Tax, or Financial Services would be desirable

About The Interview Process
- Application: Please submit your CV, cover letter, and several work samples that demonstrate your success in creating SEO-focused content
- Introductory Call & Career Overview: A video call lasting approximately 30 minutes with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and gain insight into your experiences and expectations related to the role
- Assessment of SEO & AI Content Task Review: We will examine your results-oriented work samples and discuss your approach to driving SEO growth
- Role-Related Knowledge Interview: A conversation lasting about 30 to 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager and/or another team member to assess your technical qualifications for this position
- Behavioural Fit Assessment: A discussion of approximately 60 minutes, typically with a member of HR or the leadership team
- Reference Interviews: We will conduct 2-3 brief phone or video calls with the references you provide
