We are looking for Technical Support Advisors (Portuguese-Speaking) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting support for cutting-edge cloud and software solutions. What You’ll Do
Provide technical assistance to customers using a range of software and cloud technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Identify and escalate technical challenges when necessary.
Work collaboratively with a team of experts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Portuguese (native level) and advanced English. Spanish is a plus!
1+ year of IT support experience, preferably with Microsoft cloud solutions.
Strong knowledge or training in IT technologies, cloud computing, and Microsoft products.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and critical thinking approach.
Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
Full-time (39h/week) contract, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 09:00 - 21:00.
