Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation .
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL , and statistical analysis techniques.
Experience working with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies .
Strong understanding of hypothesis testing, statistical significance, and confidence intervals.
Experience with machine learning techniques for user segmentation and personalization .
Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
